Tes TPA
Langkah berikutnya setelah interview adalah tes TPA di kantor pusat kami. Apabila hasil dari tes Anda memuaskan maka kami akan mengundang Anda kembali untuk melakukan penawaran
Interview & Tes
Setelah Anda mengupload CV, maka kami akan melakukan review terhadapat CV Anda. Jika masuk kualifikasi, maka kami Akan mengundang Anda untuk interview. Undangan interview akan kami kirim melalui email atau melalui telepon. Untuk posisi tertentu akan ada test yang akan dilaksanakan.
Penawaran
Hasil dari keseluruhan proses akan kami diskusikan bersama antara tim HR dan user. Kandidat yang terpilih adalah mereka memiliki kesesuaian dengan posisi yang dilamar, minat, serta keinginan belajar yang tinggi. Hasil akhir akan diinformasikan melalui telepon oleh tim HR kami.
Posisi yang ditawarkan
Tanggung jawab:
- Build high performance e-commerce website
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to create features to drive sales up
- Translate data into informed design decisions
- Use A/B testing to evaluate design changes and propose more experiments
- Manage all upload, deployment, and take-down of web content
Kualifikasi:
- Minimum 1 years in Magento Web Development
- Solid experience in PHP & web services (JSON, XML+, HTTP)
- Experienced in authoring and extending Magento extensions
- Experienced in scaling capacity of Magento infrastructure
- Strong knowledge in Magento configuration, data organization (category, product attributes & export/import) & theme component (layout, block & template)
- Strong knowledge in Magento API
- Solid experience in code versioning system (git, cvs, etc)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Have passion to understand the customer from the UI/UX point of view
- Working knowledge of front end web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, etc.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Have knowledge in task management tools (Jira, etc)
